Grief & Bereavement

Grief affects everyone differently, and no one should have to navigate it alone. Nipissing Serenity Hospice offers compassionate grief and bereavement support to anyone in the Nipissing and East Parry Sound districts, whether or not their loved one received care at our hospice. Support is available for those anticipating a loss or coping with one, addressing the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual impacts of grief.

Support includes one-on-one counselling, group programs, and children’s grief services. Our Grief and Bereavement Coordinator/Counsellor, Child Life Specialist, and Grief and Bereavement Team are here to offer guidance, understanding, and a safe space to navigate grief.

This page is intended to provide a high-level overview of our services. For more detailed information, please consult our Grief and Bereavement Services Page →.
